Some of them are interesting ideas, and the site is kind of fun. It’s also a good reminder of one of the more important principles of new businesses: The idea isn’t the value; it’s the work, the implementation, the getting it done.
I really like the name.
And here’s a nice side note: to be an expert adviser, you need only give advice. Often. Sweet. When I went to look at the site, the adviser listed second for that day was two college students (one listing, two people) whose expertise, is, in their own words: “none.” This can be fun.
I think you’d have to be about as old as I am to remember the Blob, a 1958 would-be horror movie (more a camp favorite than real horror, as it turned out). It was one of the first movies starring Steve McQueen, who had quite a distinguished career later on.
